I was the lead designer for the messaging system used across all of YouTube. The system is used to promote YouTube products like Premium and YouTube TV, educate users about Premium benefits, and inform the public about things like where to get information about COVID-19 during the pandemic.

Salesforce Field Service Lightning

I was the lead designer for several features and app improvements across web, iOS, and Android for the Salesforce Field Service Lightning product. These features included a list picker, time sheets, and the ability to request products.

Salesforce Snap-Ins Mobile SDK

I was a design lead for the Snap-Ins product, Salesforce‘s configurable, mobile help system that could be incorporated into a company‘s app via an SDK. Snap-ins features included two-way video calling, access to help articles, and live chat. In particular, I led the design of a demo app to quickly show Snap-Ins features.

Salesmesh iOS app

I was one of two designers for the Salesmesh iOS app. The app lets sales reps track opportunities and contacts before syncing to Salesforce. One of the many projects I led was the redesign of the user onboarding flow.
